0056817: Goods movement without lines is generated when confirming a group of tasks with confirmed qty = 0

Description

Goods movement without lines is generated when confirming a group of tasks with confirmed qty = 0. In such cases, no goods movement has not be generated at all.

The same problem happens also when confirming an individual task with qty = 0

Steps To Reproduce

1. In Warehouse Operations select any stock in Handling Unit BB1000005 - Big Box (Food002) and press Move.
2. Select Food001 in Storage Bin and Press Done
3. Open the Picking List and press Confirm Picking List
4. Enter a new record for BB1000005 and select Continue Later
5. Click Done. Note that a goods movement without lines is generated
