| Summary | 0056804: [24Q4] POS crashes when clicking 'Show All Payment Mt' and 'Split Coins & Bills' in Count Safe Box |
| Description | In the step 2 of Count Safe Box, if you click 'Show All Payment Mt' and then 'Split Coins & Bills' (or in the reverse order), the POS crashes. See the attached image.
The same happens in step 3 of Safe Box Selection when safe boxes are mandatory in a terminal. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Configuring Safe Boxes
1) Log in backoffice
2) Go to Channel - Touchpoint Type
3) Open POS2SD VBS POS2 Terminal Type
4) Mark the checkbox 'Use Safe Box'
5) Mark the checkbox 'Original User Only When Safe Box Attached'
6) Save the changes
Reproducing the issue
1) Log in POS
2) Open the Restaurant dropdown from the menu at the left side
3) Select 'Count Safe Box'
4) Select any safe box (such as VBSB01)
5) Click 'Show All Payment Mt'
6) Click 'Split Coins & Bills' => POS crashes |
