0056800: [24Q4] The page does not reload when using Unique Till MultiTerminal
If the Unique Till Multi Terminal is activated and there is an open till, and you try to log in POS again when pressing on back button, the page doesn't reload.
1. Log in Back office
2. Go to Chanel - Touchpoint window
3. Open VBS-2
4. Check Openbravo POS Terminal Configuration -> "Restrict User Multi-Terminal Opening If Previous Till Wasn't checkbox
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for VBS-3
7. Go to 'Role' window
8. Select 'VallBlancaUser'
9. Go to the 'User Action Access' subtab
10. Create new record with:
User Action: 'Connect Even If A Terminal Is Already Open For User'
Active: Unchecked
11. Log in POS terminal VBS-2.
12. Crete a order and don't close the till.
13. Log out.
14. Log in POS terminal VBS-3.
15. The warning Warning message : ‘You haven’t closed your previous till. Please do a cash-up and close the Till of that POS before opening a new till’ is shown.
16. Press back button.
17. Log in POS terminal VBS-2.
