| Summary | 0056708: [24Q4] Cannot change the delivery mode of a 'Cancel and Replace' |
| Description | Currently it is not possible to modify the delivery mode of a 'Cancel and Replace' order. The error message says that it is because the ticket has payments (see the attached image).
This issue is reproducible from 24Q3 onward. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Log in POS
2) Add a product to the ticket
3) Complete the payment with Cash
4) Go to Orders
5) Click the three-dots button of the most recent order
6) Select 'Cancel and Replace Order'
7) Click the Receipt Properties button at the upper right side of the ticket => The error message is shown |
