| Summary | 0056627: Initial Count and Cashup: The keypad area is not greyed |
| Description | During the 1st Initial count or 1st Cashup, the keypad is not grayed out allowing us to click on the buttons. |
| Steps To Reproduce | In Openbravo backoffice, In 'Preference' window, define: 'Hide count Information to cashier' and ‘Hide cashup information to cashier’ = N
Login in POS with the user on a channel touchpoint
Go to 'Till' menu, select 'Close Till'
On the window 'Step 1 of 3: Count Payment Methods Amounts' of the cash up
Close the pop-up 'Cash Counting Tool' if it is displayed
Click on 'Show All Payment Mt' if the payment methods are not displayed
Click inside the payment method counted field
Expected Result: The keypad area is not greyed out anymore
Actual Result: The keyboard is not grayed out by default (see video attached) |
