In the ‘Initial Count’ and the ‘Cashup’, when entering the ‘Counted Payment Method’, the ‘Backspace’ button is not present:

Initial Count: (See InitialCount.png)

Cashup: (See CashUp.png)

 
This button is present in the Counting Tool (See CountingTool.png)

Steps To ReproduceDefine the 'Preference': 'Hide count Information to cashier' and ‘Hide cashup information to cashier’ = Y

For Initial Count
Login in POS with the user on a channel touchpoint to start the initial count
Click inside the payment method counted field
Enter numbers via the keypad
On the keypad, click on the button backspace

For Cashup:
Login in POS with the user on a channel touchpoint
Go to 'Till' menu, select 'Close Till'
On the window 'Step 1 of 3: Count Payment Methods Amounts' of the cash up
Close the pop-up 'Cash Counting Tool' if it is displayed
Click inside the payment method counted field
Enter numbers via the keypad
On the keypad, click on the button backspace
