Summary0056547: Tax name is incorrect when exempt tax validfrom is newer than normal tax
Descriptionwhen a tax exempt is configured with an newer "valid from" than normal tax, the tax applied(name) in the POS is wrong but amount is correct.
Steps To Reproducein BO:
create new tax category - tax 10%
for the product(Avalanche transceiver) link the tax category (tax 10%)

for that tax category create 2 new tax rate
one is with tax exempt -> valid from "25/09/2024" (latest date)
one is without tax exempt -> valid from "20/09/2024"

in POS:
. refresh data
. select TestBP, (not the exempt BP)
. add product Avalanche transceiver, you can see tax exempt is applied.
--> it is KO
the tax applied should be the without tax exempt.
Proposed Solutionshould apply/display the tax without exempt
