Summary | 0056331: When print a Simplified Invoice Duplicata, Receipt Duplicata is also available | ||||
Description | Working with Simplified Invoice generation, when the user opens an old order to print the Duplicata, he's given the option, not only to print the invoice duplicata but also the ticket duplicata. *Already spoken with Patricia. Conclusion: It is not normal to reprint (as duplicata) a sales order ticket that had no generated template in the moment of the sale. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | https://drive.google.com/file/d/18zXVPSOf4SY-pXDt3jP8esRk5hu_AXSM/view?usp=sharing [^] Backoffice: At level "Channel-Touchpoint type" set the flag "Generate Simplified Invoices" as YES And at "Organization" level, set "Reprintable Documents" field as Enabled POS: Create a sale. (Check the Simplified Invoice is being generated and printed) Open the menu, and go to "Orders" screen Select the order created in the first step Click on the button "Print/Email Duplicata" A pop up is displayed, proposing both the Invoice reprint and the Receipt reprint | ||||
Proposed Solution | to rename the option "Receipt" as "Order" for the end-user to have a clear understanding of what would be reprint if selected, will be the order. | ||||
