DescriptionAfter the implementation of the License Autorefresh project, the client instances license should be automatically updated every day after the first login but this is not happening

Steps To ReproducePRE-REQUIREMENTS:
- An environment with a license that will expire in two days
- Update the license in butler

STEPS:
1.- Log into the back-end

EXPECTED RESULT: The license should be refreshed automatically

Currently license is refreshed on the first attempt to be validated (ie. on login) every 24 hours, starting to count since last Tomcat restart.

Can you check if in the openbravo.log you can find "License refreshed" messages.

Note in case for any reason it failed to refresh a "Problem refreshing instance" explaining why should appear before. This message appears as INFO, it should be ERROR.
