Summary0056087: Coupons disappear when you perform a Cancel and Replace
DescriptionWhen you try to Cancel and Replace an order that has a coupon added, the coupon disappears and when you go to the back office to verify the coupon, it can no longer be used.

Steps To ReproduceBackoffice:

-Go to the windows "Discount and Promotion"
-Create a new coupon type promotion (in live builds you can use the promotion “Coupon 10”)
-Create a coupon in the “Coupons” tab for a single use.

WebPOS:

-Make a sale and add the previously created coupon
-Once the sale is done, April it again and perform a “Cancel and Replace”.

We will see that the coupon goes out of the lines and, once the cancel and replace is finished, if we look for the coupon in the back office we will see that it is still in the “Non Available” status.

Changing to design defect as this has always been the way Coupons has behaved.

If this is really required, please speak with Product Management to handle it as a new requirement (as it was already proposed on the duplicate issue) so it can be properly defined, analyzed and planned.
