DescriptionWhile saving the data for the Follow up Tab Numeric to character conversion error occurs in windows/oracle and Linux/postgres

Steps To Reproduce1.Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Service Project
2.Create a service project with Temporary Price List checked
3.Add two proposals one with Business partner Customer A and other with Customer B
4.Go Project Line Click New and fillProduct: A Final goods
                + Planned Quantity: 50
                + Planned Price: 1.85 and check that Planned Amount: 93
5.Go back to Proposal Select Customer B proposal and click on Copy Lines from Project button.
6.Go to Followup tab Click New and fill:
                + User/Contact: Employee A
                + Comments: Goes bad
and save it

Fixes issue 0005569 Fixed UUID issues and now one can both change the project status of a service project and add a follow up to its proposal.
