| Description | If the cash drawer is already open (open indication on the HWM) before logging into POS, when login to POS the message "Cash drawer is Opening" does not appear. OR If the POS is ready to Sel and we open the cash drawer manually the message "Cash drawer is Opening" does not appear. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Prerequisites: • In the Back office, in the windows "preferences" the line with the following information must exist: - Organization: For the channel touchpoint used - Property: Web POS Close Drawer Before Continue - Property list: Checked - Selected: Checked - Value: Y - Visible at Client: SMCP • Have a Hardware manager opened • The store and the Till are open Step1: - Display the Hardware manager on screen and click the "OPEN" button. - Login in POS Expected Result: - A Pop-up appears indicating that you must close the cash drawer before continuing Obtained Result: - No pop-up appears after logging into the POS. On the other hand, if the cash drawer is opened by the POS, the pop-up is displayed correctly. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | When we open the cash drawer manually (with the key) the HWM detects the opening of it. The POS should automatically display the warning message when the HWM displays the cash drawer as open. | ||||
