Summary | 0055481: Direct navigation is unavailable for records loaded in sub-tabs created via a HQL query | ||||
Description | If a record is loaded in a tab (not top-level, i.e. '0') that is based on an HQL table, the direct link isn't available and the record cannot be accessed via "Recent Documents". This happens with several tabs, but the example provided occurs in the Assigned Modifier Groups tab within the Product window. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Log into the BO 2. Using the "White Valley Group Admin" role, navigate to the Product window 3. Search for the product "Cheeseburger" by name 4. Select the product and open the "Assigned Modifier Groups" tab 5. Open one of the records in grid view and then select the "Document Link" button (represented by the chain symbol in the toolbar) 6. Copy and paste the link provided in the Quick Launch field or directly in the navigation field of the browser and enter. At this point no record is found (error) 7. Navigate to the Workspace window and observe the most recent (topmost) record in the list titled "Recent Documents". Hover over the blank space and observe the help message "Product - undefined" (error) 8. Click on the space and observe the blank window (error) | ||||
