The order status after returning a product for a total value of 0.00 € is 'Unrefunded'.
1- Login to POS2
2- Add any product to the ticket
3- Change the total price to 0.00 €
4- Pay the order
5- Go to the 'Orders' window and in the order you just created, click on the 3 vertical dots, then select 'Verified Returns'
6- Refund the product
7- Go back to the 'Orders' window => Note that the status for the returned order is 'Unrefunded'
