0055346: [24Q2] Promotion not shown in customer information, even though the customer can use the promotion
When a promotion (available to all customers) is applied to the ticket, it's not shown to the rest of the customers in the customer information popup. However, customers can use the promotion .
1- Login to POS2
2- Go to the customer window and select any customer
3- Click on the name of the customer you have selected at the top of the ticket, then click on 'View Info'.
4- Go to Promotions and check that you have the promotion '2x1 - Ski Touring' available
5- Now add to the ticket 2 'Ski touring binding' => The '2x1 - Ski Touring' promotion is applied
6- Go back to customer window and check the promotions of another customer different from the one you selected in the step 2 => Note that the '2x1 - Ski Touring' is displayed in the promotions
7- Go back to the ticket and create a new order without deleting the existing one. In the new ticket, select another customer different from the one you selected in step 2 and add 2 'Ski touring binding' => Note that even if the promotion is not displayed in the customer information, it can be applied
