0055303: EDL request API : Add error lines in the response

Description

As of today, a lot of Openbravo import APIs are asynchronously processing the information. The external systems sometimes need to know if the request was processed properly and if not way to solve the problem
Our import API includes on the response the URL of an API to get this information but there is no information about the error cause

The main functional requirement is to include the error information in the response of the API StatusService

Proposed Solution

The org.openbravo.api.StatusService API responds with error messages specific to the related lines, aiding administrators in identifying and addressing import issues efficiently
Include the definition of this API on the Swagger as a new entry
