open your till
the Initial Count window is display
the counting tool pop up appears automatically

Problems in the footer will be fixed by this issue:

Reset should be translated to "reiniciar" and it should resolve the problem

"Show all payment Mt" was translated as "Mostrar todos los metodos de pago". As it was done in English the word "metodos" should be abbreviated to "Mt." It will fix the problem.

Summary:

Ask country compliance to change translations:
"Reestablecer Todas las Cantidades" -> "Reiniciar todas las Cantidades"
"Mostrar Todos los Metodos de Pago" -> "Mostrar Todos los Mt. de Pago"
