Summary0055158: The customer data collection popup should not be displayed for verified returns
DescriptionWithin a verified return process, the customer data collection popup has no sense as this should be persisted by the data inserted in the original sales transaction.

This behaviour should apply for any verified return performed in any country. Two possibilities would match the fucntional requirements:

Displaying the popup in read only. Like this the user could check with the user the data inserted in the sale.

Not displaying the popup. Even if there’s no way to check data here, OB could assume the data inserted in the sale is the one to be displayed in it’s verified returns.
The proposed solution is the option 2.
