Description | When a till is offline for several days, the business date is not updated: When clicking on 'Select another date', nothing happens And after every action, a cashup is asked to the user | |||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | In BO, the store is closed and all tills linked to it are closed too Configuration of the store: - 'Automatic Business Date' = Y - 'Allow enter the store if different date' = N - 'Allow reopen store on same day' = N - 'Close store automatically after last cash up' = 'Ask' Log in POS on a touchpoint In BO, the store is well opened at today's date In POS, do some sales while online, there are well synchronized Go offline Do some sales while offline and don't cash up the till In the next day, while still offline, log in POS Window cashup is displayed with message ‘Open till with different date’ with buttons ‘Log out’ or ‘Select another date’ After clicking on ‘Select another date’, nothing happens but cashup can be done (but not synchronized) Log in again Message ‘Open till with different date’ with buttons ‘Log out’ or ‘Select another date’ appears again After clicking on ‘Select another date’, initial count window is opened and can be done On the BO, business date is not updated because we are offline In POS, finalize a sale => At the end of the sale, message ‘Pending Cash Up and Store is Open with different date’ appears with buttons ‘Log out’ and ‘Close this till’ Same messages appear again when logging again and doing a new sale | |||||||||||
