Summary0054986: Cannot change loyalty program in POS
DescriptionWhen trying to change the loyalty program (which is an access configured via a user action) we get an error message when we are doing it with a manual role (cashier, manager, etc) but it works OK with an automatic role (admin) in POS.
Steps To ReproduceIn BO make sure that your role has access to the User Action "Update Loyalty Category"

Log in with a manual role

Go to the window of a client that has a Loyalty Program

Click on Update Loyalty Program

Try to change it

Error message as screenshot

Fixed with configuration:
1- Add "approval required = Yes" in Loyalty program window in the BO
2- Add User action "Synchronize New Loyalty Subscription" for all the needed roles
