0054933: Duplicated contacts when using the BP import API
When using the same body with the BP import API,
The contact is duplicated.

It means the header is updated but a new user is created even is it has the exact same informations of the one already existing.
Use the endpoint /org.openbravo.api.ImportService/BusinessPartner

with the same body twice.

After checking internally we found they were not sending the phone that is the unique identifier of the record.

On that case it was not possible to update it.

As soon as they send the phone it will update the record if that phone exists.
