0054908: Can't remove added services via the "Remove All Services" button in the Proposed Related Services panel

Description

In the Proposed Related Services panel, it's impossible to remove services via the "Remove All Services" button.
Checked in livebuilds (pos2and it's working in 23Q1, but broken in 23Q2.

Steps To Reproduce

POS2:
- Log into the POS with 'vallblanca' user
- In the Product Searchbar, search for "GPS Mini"
- Add the product and then add any service (e.g. Warranty (deferrable -4 days)) but don't click "Finish"
- Click the "Remove All Services" button
- Unable to remove the service
