| Summary | 0005475: ñ, ó, tetc are not properly saved in the database |
| Description | Typing any character like ñ, ç, ó will be stored incorrectly inside the database. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Go to any text filed in any window.
2) Type ñ in description window and save it.
ñ is converted to ñ. It is also stored badly in the database. |
