We don't have in the export the AVALARA information but only the dummy tax is referenced at ticket level + line level

Steps To Reproduce

Step to reproduce :
- Create and finalize an order in a US store using AVALARA
- Check the webhook

=> We only have the information of the dummy tax. We miss the information of the AVALARA taxe (code)

Proposed Solution

To add :
- External tax name
- External tax rate

at ticket level + line level
