Summary | 0054532: [24Q1] [UX] Lack of uniformity in the Approval User Action Input popups. Some flows ask confirmation to cancel, other do not
Description | Inside the "Approval Required for Delete Line" popup, if the CANCEL button is clicked, a new "Cancel Confirmation" popup is shown to confirm that flow, which is ok. But, in the case that the "x" button is clicked to close the popup or the user clicks outside the popup to dismiss it, no confirmation is required and the flow is canceled. This breaks the POS2 uniformity. Moreover, be aware this behaviour is shown only when 2 or more product lines are affected. In case only 1 product is affected, the flow also varies, which is also an error.
Steps To Reproduce | Configuration 1) Log into backoffice 2) Go to Role 3) Select VallBlancaUser 4) Open the User Action Access subtab 5) Edit or create the DeleteLine record 6) Set the Approval field to Approval Required Reproducing the error 1) Log into POS2 2) Add two different products to the order (two lines or more are needed) 3) Using the checkboxes at the left of the product lines, select all present products (2 or more). 4) Click the three dots button just under the Business Partner and click "Delete Lines" button. "Approval Required for Delete Line" will be shown (check attached image). 5) Click CANCEL button, confirmation is required. 6) Click NO to continue with the flow and, now, click the "x" button to close the popup or click outside the popup. DEFECT: Realise the flows vary. (In case, after step 4, instead of clicking CANCEL, the user clicks NEXT, same ambiguous flow is shown in the new shown popup).
