2-Applies to all type of products: While the law says only applies to good transactions, not service transactions.

| Steps To Reproduce | El apartado 2 del artículo 3.º letra g) LEY 2027/1995 excluye del deber de declaración en el modelo 347 las entregas y adquisiciones de bienes que supongan envíos entre el territorio peninsular español o las Islas Baleares y las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, no las prestaciones de servicios. |
