0054240: POS2 - Return reasons not displayed for non verified returns
When converting and order to return, no return reasons are displayed.

Tested on Livebuild.

On Back-office :
1. In VallBlancaUser role > User Action Access : define User Action = Return Ticket then all by default.
2. In User Action Input, define User Action = Return Ticket / User Input = Return Line Reason.

In POS :
1. Convert order to Return
2. Add an item
3. Refund.

=> At no moment in POS the reason list is displayed.

EDIT in Steps to reproduce :

If in POS you do :
1. Add an item
2. Convert to Return

=> the reason list is displayed.
=> There's so a bug with the previous described path.

Return reasons for return ticket needs to be configured by adding a user action input for the user action "Return ticket"
