0005421: If I have no stock for an ordered product and I try to generate a shipment, message is not clear

Description

I have no stock of a product. For this product I generate a Sales Order. Then, I use the Create Shipment from Order process. The message after processing is:
Process completed successfully
Order No. 50000 -> Shipment No. - NO SHIPMENT CREATED;

The message is incorrect (see attach). The process (generate shipment) is not completed successfully, since no shipment generated.
The Order 50000 is referenced to a non existent shipment, because no shipment was generated.
The order is still on the list, because no shipment was generated.

The correct message to show is a red one:
Error - No shipment could be created
Order No.50000 - No enough stock for product Final Goods A

In the case of selecting more than one line, and if some lines could be shippent, but some other could not, I would show a yellow message:
Warning - Some shipments could not be created
Order No.50000 - Shipment No. 30000
Order No.50001 - No enough stock for product Final Goods A

I would leave the Process completed successfully green message only if all the shipment were created.
