Install Spain localization pack
Create a Legal Organization
Try to enter the tax dataset
This generates the error in the update
Proposed SolutionInclude the new column "Value" in the Spanish Taxes Dataset and fill in it with the "Name" (see image attached)

we are currently working on other request for Spain which have more priority than this one, as for this one there is a workaround.
Please update the Due Date to end of January, if possible.
