Steps To ReproducePre-requisite:

There are inactive warehouses in the local storage.

- Login in AWO Front End.
- Navigate to DO OTF.
- Realize that inactive warehouses are shown in warehouse selector.

Test Plan

- Login with Openbravo user, Switch to AWOQAAdmin role in BO
- Set US East Coast Warehouse Active = No
- Logout

Make sure this is first time login in browser by AWOQAAdmin so that this is not incremental data load but full data load.

- Login in AWO Front End with user AWOQAAdmin user, US West Coast Org, US West Coast Warehouse.
- Navigate to DO OTF.
- Realize that inactive warehouse US East Coast is not shown in warehouse selector.

Note: For the user's that are already logged, need to log out and clear session or switch user by log in with different user in the same browser and relogin back with earlier user which automatically forces full data loading.
