CAPENCY calls Timeouts not respected

In capency, when creating customer in the customer form, some timeouts can be set in Mobile Services (As System Administrator): for instance 5 seconds (5000 ms)

However, the calls to Capency if checking in Developers Tools, do not seem to timeout after 5 seconds, see 8 seconds response happening
