Summary | 0053606: Customer is blank on pending tickets list when customer is assigned |
Description | When a CRM is defined and do not have a customer property named: _identifier and you open the window to switch between open orders, the customer name is not shown.
Must be user the ExternalBusinessPartner.getIdentifier() method. |
Steps To Reproduce | - Create at least 3 ticket and assign differents customer
- Open "Packed Orders" (button Switch Order) |
