Description | There are several ways to cause a popup showing current opened tills to appear. However, in some cases this popup does not show any till as opened when it should. The steps to reproduce follow one way of causing the popup to appear, but there are more, and the bug can still be reproduced in those other ways. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 0) Log into POS2 If the Initial Count does not appear, follow these steps 1) Close Till 2) Log into backoffice 3) Change the role to The White Valley Group Admin 4) Go to Terminals and Tills Status window 5) Search for VBS-2 by Search Key and select the record 6) Click on the 'Close Tills' button at the upper right side 7) Go to POS2, refresh and log in again If the Initial Count appears or you executed the previous steps, now continue with these ones 1) In the 1st step of the Initial Count process, select the date of tomorrow 2) Click Next 3) In the 2nd step, click Finish 4) Open developer tools (Ctrl+shift+I) and go to Network tab 5) In POS, click any product to add it to the ticket 6) Click on Pay 7) Select any payment method, such as Cash 8) Click on Done => The message will not show any till as opened (incorrect) 9) In developer tools, search for this request, click on it and select Response: org.openbravo.retail.sessions.CountOpenTills$timeout=15000 => the current till will appear as opened (correct) | ||||
