Summary0053448: CompanyLogo fails on ErrorFallback if state is not loaded
DescriptionIf state is not loaded yet, or it fails for some reason.

An ob-init.js could fail on register, if that happens the state is not yet present and the CompanyLogo fails in the ErrorFallback component, resulting in the application showing only the CompanyLogo error and failing to show the original problem.

CompanyLogo should not use state if it is not available, it is currently using it to detect dark-light mode.
Steps To Reproduce1. Add an error to a register function in any ob-init.js file
2. Try to refresh the application and check console log.

Console.log shows that the problem comes from CompanyLogo, which is not true.
