| Summary | 0053164: [23Q3] Empty pop-up is shown while Return Partial Paid Order |
| Description | If create partial paid order, open it and click 'Verified Returns', pop-up with no lines to select is shown. Displayed checkbox is not possible to select.
The same behavior occurs when making a cross store verified return.
To configure partial payment for Vall Blanca Store
1. In 'Organization' window set the following:
-Prepayment Algorithm: Prepayments as percentage of goods to deliver
-Prepayment Available Delivery Modes *: All excluding defined
-Prepayment Percentage *: 50
-Prepayment Percentage Limit *: 40
-Prepayment Percentage Limit for Layaways *: 0
2. In 'Channel Touchpoint' window tick 'Allow prepayments and partial payments' checkbox' |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Log in to Vall Blanca Store using:
- login: vallblanca
- password: openbravo
2. Pick 'OHS Customer' -> Select 'Arturo Montoro'
3. Click on icon in the top right corner of Order area -> Select 'Pickup in store' delivery mode
4. Add 'Down sleeping bag 500' to the Order -> Click 'Pay'-> Select 'Cash' -> Click 'Done'
5. Go to Orders -> Find created Order
6. Click on 3 dots in the 'Order' row -> Pick 'Verified Returns'
7. Click 'Apply' button
Actual result: Warning message is shown: 'To create a verified return at least one line should be selected', but checkbox is not possible to select
