Summary0053060: Error in configuration for image in HM
DescriptionWhen we use the send email module, the image it uses is the image of the HM module. This is incorrect, since we cannot customize it.

If I don't modify the standard module, that is, I change the image, we always see the f&b image in the reports.
And we shouldn't modify the standard HM module.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Do sales order with configuration for the sent email
2 - The image of the form that is sent is from the hm module, not the one defined in the hm, that is, if I am in a client, the f&B one is seen

Instead of using the HWM image you should use the one defined on the backoffice:
OB.UTIL.getCompanyLogoForReceipts()

Correct. But what you say forces you to have to customize the tickets through a development. The logical thing, I think, is that the standard tickets are already in this form. Otherwise, where is the configuration? You have to develop...

The printed tickets are not necessary since it takes correctly from the user's hardware manager.

Default templates are already defined to use the company logo as described in Guillermo's comment. OB.UTIL.getCompanyLogoForReceipts() done in https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=51357 [^]

So these printers will print the same image, the company image in both environments: The hardware manager and send email.
 
So no change is required.
