The 'Create VAT Register' gives an error, if there are multiple clients and these multiple clients are executing the same action at the same time.

So if I go into one of the clients and execute, it works fine, even though more clients exist. However, during the training, multiple clients are being used and executing the 'Create VAT Register' and then it gives an error
