Summary0052982: OBMOBC_PrePaymentSelected is not implemented in SCO
DescriptionOBMOBC_PrePaymentSelected hook is not executed in SCO mode, only in normal mode
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to normal mode, add a product and go to payment page, and select a payment. OBMOBC_PrePaymentSelected is executed
2. Go to SCO mode, go to payments panel and select a payment. OBMOBC_PrePaymentSelected is not executed
Proposed SolutionWe need this hook to be working for both SCO and normal mode. Also we need to be able to cancel execution in SCO in some cases
