DescriptionAfter adding mockito infrastructure with 0048610 byte buddy library is now duplicated in core:

 - lib/runtime/byte-buddy-1.11.20.jar -> required by hibernate
 - lib/test/byte-buddy-1.14.5.jar -> required by mockito

Fixes ISSUE-52900: Downgrade Mockito to version 4.4.0

Mockito5.3.1 downgraded to Mockito 4.4.0 in order to avoid library discrepancy between byte-buddy-1.14.5 in lib/test and byte-buddy-1.11.20 coming as transitive library of Hibernate in lib/runtime
