0005283: When compiling, info is gathered from a different source than a regular compilation did
When running an upgrade, on compilation task of upgrading, the data for compiling is taken from /AppsOpenbravo/config/Openbravo.properties
But if I launch a compilation by hand, the file read is /AppsOpenbravo/WEB-INF/Openbravo.properties

It is a inconsistent behavior. It is has no impact on application if everything is configured correctly, but it can lead to mistakes from a developer's point of view.

The correct way to use AppsOpenbravo/config/Openbravo.properties. It surprises me if Openbravo used the one in WEB-INF to compile, because if this was true it wouldn't be possible to compile the first time, with an empty WEb-INF. Could you give extra details about this? What leads you suspect this?

Behavior should be revised. If confirmed, an issue on Platform instead of Packaging will be reported.
