0052772: Problems saving a new record in the 'Discounts and promotions' window if the 'Max qty' field is defined.
When trying to create a new discount/promotion and a maximum quantity is defined in it, an error is given when saving as the 'Priority Rule' field is not defined but is also not shown to be populated unless the flag 'Apply to products up to the max quantity' is activated.

Enter the 'Discounts and promotions' window, create a new record, fill in the 'Max qty' field with any value and try to save the record.
As it is known, the 'Priority Rule' field is mandatory in case you assign a maximum quantity, therefore the display logic of this field should be based on those cases and not be displayed only when the 'Apply to products up to the max quantity' flag is activated.
