0052747: Unable to download some reports in "Excel Format" in Google Chrome browser for Chrome versions higher than 107

Description

When trying to download some manual reports in "Excel Format" in the new versions of Chrome, the report will hang and will not work.

Steps To Reproduce

Can be tested on live builds.

1. Login and open the window named "Sales Invoice Dimensional Report"
2. Set the following in the parameters:
a) From Date: 01-01-2000
b) To Date: 14-06-2023
c) Organization: *
d) Select the Dimension option as "Business Partner"
e) Currency: EUR
3. Click on the button named "Excel Format" to run the report. The report will be loaded or the screen will go black (error).
