| Summary | 0052636: Gift certificates is missing user action |
| Description | The Gift certificates functionality is missing user action, so it is not possible to disable the "Create gift certificate " button.
We need to define in the back office the user action that already exists in the code ("GCNV_CreateGiftCardCertificate") so that we can enable or disable the permission in the role for users.
In case the user doesn't have permission to execute it the button should be disabled. |

- Verify that "Create gift certificate" button is enabled, and check that there is no user action that would allow to disable it. |
