Summary0052590: Overflow scroll in payment service provider responsive toolbar
DescriptionIn payment with service provider, the responsive toolbar detect an overflow and scroll toolbar appears because of button heights in toolbar are not the same.

Container in toolbar has
- div with button on it ( abort button )
- button (default values)
- div with button on it ( Finish button )

Heights inside the content of the button inside (obserprServiceProviderDefaultButton) is higher than responsive toolbar height.
Steps To ReproduceConfigure a product service with Service provider.
- Login
- Add product with service configured.
- Payment

The payment window with service provider form should appear with a responsive toolbar with scrollbar on it. It should not appear.
