| Summary | 0052498: Product set as "No returnable" can be returned on Verified Returns Process on POS2 | ||||
| Description | When you do a verify return of a ticket with an alteration (that is not refundable), when you use the ticketbox to select all the items, the alteration is selected ( nevermind the "forbidden" icon shown") and It's added to the return ticket. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to the backoffice and uncheck "returnable" of product "Shopping assistance" 1. Open a POS2 VBS-1 touch. 2. Create a ticket 3. Add "Telemark bindings W" as a product 4. Add "Shopping assistance" as an alteration to previous product. 5. Pay and finish the ticket 6. Go to "Orders" and do a "Verified Return" of the previously created Ticket 7. Select all products and "continue" 8. Note that "Shopping assistance" has been added to the ticket | ||||
