0052283: [23Q2] Completely returned order can still be accessible to return (although it opens a blank ticket)
It is possible to access to return orders that have already been returned.
0-Login React POS.
1-Add 1x Avalanche transceiver to the current ticket and complete the payment.
2-In the left sidebar, go to Orders.
3-Find the just created order and, in the 3 dots icon, click and select "Verified Returns"
4-Select the line and complete and refund the verified return.
5-Go again to Orders (in the left sidebar).
6-Find again the order that was used in the step 3 and, again, click in the 3 dots button and select "Verified Returns". A popup indicating that line is "Fully Returned" will be shown.
7-Select the line again and click Apply.
DEFECT: When the order has already been returned, it makes no sense to be able to access again to the verified return or click Apply again there.

Tested in livebuilds master and confirmed the issue no longer reproducible
