Summary | 0052252: [23Q2] If the pager code is long enough, the "Use Coupon" & "Retry Pager" buttons disappear | |||||||||||
Description | After the ticket payment the touch point will do a web service request (if you configure the option in the backoffice) to the pager server. If the request fails, the user is given the option to print a coupon instead or retry the pager via a pop-up. The problem is that if you use a really long pager code, the pop up will appear if the request fails but there is no option to print a coupon or retry the pager. Steps To Reproduce | Prerequisites: - Login in the backoffice - Go to the "Organization" window and select "Vall Blanca Store" record - From the subtab "Delivery Control" 2 records will appear, Coupon and Pager. - select "Pager" and in the "Webservice URL" field put any url like localhost just to be sure that the request will fail Steps: - Login in POS as vallblanca - Click "Ski" Category - Add "Carbonio Helmet" to the order - Select any "Waiting time" you want and click "Next" - Write with your keyboard a really long code. Important not to include numbers in the code - Click on "Validate and Continue" - Tap on "Pay" button, then "Done" A pop-up will appear with the title "Choose Coupon or Pager", but because the pager code is too long, there is no option to choose | |||||||||||
