0005220: Default table view does not use full available width

Description

The default table view is not using the full width available, resulting in hard to read column headers and cell values. Especially in combination with (already reported) issue of not being able to save column width settings, this results in forced tedious efforts of resizing the columns to be able to read.

Steps To Reproduce

Proposed Solution

(1) Stretch width of column across available width, based on max width of browser window, without having to use a horizontal slider bar.
(2) Fix other issue, allowing users to save column width settings.
