Summary0052114: Fill description fields in the Entity Mapping window for the Retail French Eco Tax API entities
DescriptionAfter fixing issue 0049110 now it is possible to add descriptions for both the entity mappings and the property mappings. This information also appears automatically in the swagger documentation. It would be nice to fill these fields for the standard Retail API or French Eco Tax mappings.

The name used is pMCB* to follow the same convention as the

Related to ISSUE-52114: Added missed Postman example

Only added the Import Product with Ecotax example.
The export Product example is not included as it would be duplicated of
the existing "Openbravo API | Masterdata | Export | Product".
