Summary0052019: Error processing a DOR from AWO
DescriptionThere are DOR that can not be received from AWO obtaining an error message attached.

This error creates an entry in the “Errors while processing tasks” window, indicating something about there is no entry in the Storage detail table.

The tasks can be processed in the DOR window in backoffice in a right way.
Steps To ReproduceWe have a video reproducing the error, please contact us to check it (it is too big to attach it here)
Backoffice
1) create DOI and DOR in the backoffice already confirmed and issued and pending to receive
2)go in DOR and click the button "Receive" and task are generated

FronEnd(AWO)
1) Open the DOD
2) confirm the QTY
3) click the button confirm and skip delta
4) error in attached is showed
5)go to backend and realize the tasks in the DOR are not confirmed
6)realize you can confirm them from backoffice
7)go to error while procesing tasks and check the error and jason

After discussing more, it is difficult to show a more meaningfull message as each line of DO can have a different error and with many lines it is not possible to show details.

One can use the AWO logging system to check the underlying error messages through the backoffice UI. This is described in this wiki page:
